During the registration phase there will be a welcome drink at the Hall’s bar.
Holykart Bus
15:00 - Mercure Roma West Hall
At 15:00 at the entrance of the Hotel the free bus that will take us all at the track we booked for the Affiliate GP 2021. The Holykart gokart track in via Silicella 11 (21,2 km lenght, 17 minutes estimated).
Start of free practice session
15:30 - Holykart Racetrack
At 15:30 the Affiliate GP starts. Attendees that could not use the bus will be able to come to the track with their own means until 16:30

18:00 - Holykart Racetrack
The end of the Affiliate GP is scheduled at 18:00. After there will be the awards and then the return at the hotel with the bus.
Relax & Networking

The attendees that sleep at the hotel will be able to relax at the SPA’s pool (included in the lodging, just keep in mind to bring a swimming cap, which otherwise costs 3 euros). Also, they will be able to train at the gym (included in the lodging) or use the paid services like massages, treatments, bar service etc...
